MOWI - Blar Mhor Processing Facility Upgrade.

Northern Light Consulting (NLC) was appointed to provide integrated design coordination, project management, procurement, and construction supervision services for the phased expansion and upgrade of Mowi’s Blar Mhor primary processing facility in Fort William.

The project formed part of a multiyear capital investment programme to transform the site into a high capacity, automated processing facility, capable of significantly increased throughput and improved operational efficiency. NLC managed procurement and contract administration for principal construction and MEP packages, as well as coordination with specialist equipment suppliers. NLC managed the delivery of a complex, multi-phase programme of works carried out within a fully operational, 24/7 processing facility.
